Boasting the status of ‘Highest restaurant in London’ Duck and Waffle and Sushisamba occupy the top three floors of Bishopgate’s Heron tower sat at a staggering 230 metres.

Looking to utilise some wasted areas of space throughout the restaurants, we manufactured and fitted a variety of contemporary units and storage solutions catering for a variety of different applications, from customer coat hanging cupboards to sommelier stations.

Working closely with both the operator and Tonik Associates, we overcame the installation challenges presented by the round the clock operational nature of the venue.
