The debut restaurant of the ETM Group, The Empress of India would be the site to put brothers Tom and Ed Martin on the map. As such, they required a breathtaking refit that, combined with their top-quality cuisine and individual take on customer service would show the restaurant scene what they had to offer.

A new bar and back fitting were installed, the back fitting featuring a damaged antique mirror salvaged from an old Indian cinema, that was painstakingly incorporated into the construction by our team.

Beside the bar, we created a bespoke rotisserie unit based around the needs of the client and the offering of the venue.

Wall panelling was installed throughout, and waitress points and vanity units were manufactured to client specification.
