Looking to have its ageing interior renewed, we originally visited The Rosendale to supply and install a full joinery package throughout, including a new traditional styled bar and back fitting units and waitress points.

Whilst on-site, major issues with the floor structure of the first floor private dining room came to light. Working closely with structural engineers, our experienced site team quickly adapted their work processes to meet the newly presented challenge which saw the exposure of the structure and the installation of steel beams through the side of the building to strengthen the floor, before fully refitting the flooring.
